A new tradition at Burnt Bridge Cellars is our Fourth Friday Flights. For just $10 you can experience a special trio flight! A flight consists of three 2 oz. pours of specially selected RHONE or BORDEAUX wines.

2013 Les Collines Vineyard Reserve Viognier100%  Viogner from the Walla Walla Valley AVA, aged for 12 months in new French oak.  The classic Viognier flavors from Les Collines fruit, with the acids rounded out by the oak and added notes of butter and caramel.

2012 Columbia Valley Pont Brûlé   Gold Medal-  2015 SF Chronicle Wine Competition Gold Medal- 2014 Seattle Wine Awards Our very popular southern Rhone-style blend is 60% Grenache and 10% Mourvedre from Upland Vineyards in the Snipes Mountain AVA, and 30% Syrah from Les Collines Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley AVA.  Fruit-forward and complex. 

2012  Les Collines Vineyard Syrah   Silver Medal- SF Chronicle Wine Competition   and Double Gold Medal - 2014 Seattle Wine Awards.  100% Syrah from the Walla Walla Valley AVA.  Rich and opulent, laden with dark fruits, cassis, and violets, with a long, lingering finish.

2014 Les Collines Vineyard SemillonSilver Medal- 2015 San Francisco International Wine Competition  100%  Semillon from the Walla Walla Valley AVA. Once again, Les Collines has produced grapes that make a lovely, well-balanced wine with aromas of pineapple, peach, apricot and orange blossom.  The palate is greeted with those flavors your nose has anticipated complimented by honey, flower blossoms and almond extract. 

2012 Les Collines Vineyard Blend X  60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 7.5% Cabernet Franc, 2.5%  Petit Verdot from the Walla Walla Valley AVA.  The 2012 Blend X (the X being a nod to BordeauX) has a backbone is Cabernet Sauvignon with its classic cherry fruit and strong tannic structure, softened with Merlot and Cabernet Franc.  Petit Verdot adds exotic flavors and color depth to create a rich and layered wine.  Black cherry is prominent with blackberry and raspberry layers, cedar, clove and savory herbs matched with soft, round tannins.

2012 Les Collines Vineyard Petit Verdot100% Petit Verdot.  Black plum, boysenberry, blackberry notes are dominant. Cassis and violets are spiced up with clove, nutmeg, allspice and tobacco.
