Today we are pouring:

2014 Les Collines Vineyard Semillon    Silver Medal- 2015 San Francisco International Wine Competition  100%  Semillon from the Walla Walla Valley AVA. Once again, Les Collines has produced grapes that make a lovely, well-balanced wine with aromas of pineapple, peach, apricot and orange blossom.  The palate is greeted with those flavors your nose has anticipated complimented by honey, flower blossoms and almond extract.

2012 Upland Vineyards Grenache    95% Grenache from the Snipes Mountain AVA; 5% Syrah from the Walla Walla Valley AVA.  Grenache is the principal grape behind the bright strawberry and cherry candy aromas of southern Rhone-style wines and Spanish Garnachas.  Our 2012 Grenache was left to hang on the vine for an additional 3 to 4 weeks.   The bright notes of strawberry jam and black currants are paired with a surprising tannic structure and a finish, with hints of allspice and sandalwood not always present in a single varietal Grenache.

2012 Les Collines Vineyard Syrah    Silver Medal- SF Chronicle Wine Competition   100% Syrah from the Walla Walla Valley AVA.  Rich and opulent, laden with dark fruits, cassis, and violets, with a long, lingering finish.  Double Gold Medal winner at the 2014 Seattle Wine Awards.

2012 Coyote Canyon Vineyard Syrah   Silver Medal- SF Chronicle Wine Competition  100% Syrah from the Horse Heaven Hills AVA.  Dark and juicy fruit aromas first greet the nose before washing over the palate, followed by chocolate, coffee and espresso.

2012 Les Collines Vineyard Petit Verdot    100% Petit Verdot.  Black plum, boysenberry, blackberry notes are dominant. Cassis and violets are spiced up with clove, nutmeg, allspice and tobacco.

2013 Columbia Valley Couve Cuvée    Gold Medal – 2016 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition  37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 23% Syrah from Burgess Vineyard; 5% Syrah from Coyote Canyon Vineyard.  Special blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah made to celebrate our 5th year in Vancouver. Sourced from a single vineyard in Central Washington - Burgess Vineyards - and with a dash of Walla Walla Syrah- this wine offers black cherries, licorice, vanilla and cloves on the nose with a palette full of bright red fruit and dark plums that eventually give way to smooth tannins and a lingering finish. Pairs well with roasted meat, pizza and liquid sunshine. Enjoy early and often.
