Class Cooking


My Paella Classes keep filling up so I am offering it again. I added an extra section so everyone that is interested can find a spot in this popular class.

Paella- rice, chicken,shrimp, mussels or clams, chorizo, smoked paprika and saffron.

Ensalada Mixta- tomatoes, cucumber, green onion, olives, capers and baby greens with a smoked paprika dressing.

Pan con Tomate- Spain's tomato garlic bread.

Pastel Chocolate- chocolate, orange, almond cake served with whipped cream.
