We are co-hosting a book signing with Vintage Books for David Baker. He will talk about his first book "Vintage" and about his love of wine.
We are also releasing our newest red, Petit Verdot this weekend. We will be offering discounted glass pours at the event.
From David Baker's website, "I’m a writer, filmmaker and media producer living in the Pacific Northwest.
My first novel, Vintage was recently published by Touchstone Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster. I also write about food, wine, science and education in publications ranging from Narrative.ly to MSN, Zester Daily and Terra Magazine.
I directed the documentary American Wine Story. My next film projects include Saving Atlantis with Justin Smith, about the decline of coral reefs around the world and Three Days of Glory, with Scott Wright, a deep dive into Burgundy and the world’s greatest wine celebration. I’m also at work on my second novel, Flyover Country.
I pay my bills by working for Oregon State Productions, creating documentary, video and broadcast content that advances the university’s land-grant mission and makes a positive difference in the world.
I live in Oregon wine country with my wife and daughter. I fish and drink wine as much as possible, which isn’t nearly often enough." David Baker
