HIDDEN GOURMET WINTER MENU JANUARY 21st
Hidden Gourmet is a collection of recipes, spice mixes, and soon to be cooking classes created by Emilee Mahan from her work at Fruit and Flower Child Care Center where she is the chef. Cooking for 135 sometimes picky eaters daily. All the recipes have been beta tested and revised to appeal to a kids pallet. Having grown up with a chef for a mom I learned early that kid food does not mean just pizza and mac n' cheese, it means food that is spiced for flavor rather than heat and made with ingredients that are easily identifiable (OR completely hidden from sight).
This will be a demo class taught by Emilee Mahan with tasting and recipes. This class is designed to help anyone that cooks for children or loves butternut squash.
