Rice Salad with cucumber, Asian pears, cilantro and almonds

Salmon wrapped in rice paper with a sweet and spicy sake sauce

Korean Style Baby Back ribs

Grilled Asian eggplant with fish sauce, garlic and chilies

Mandarin Orange Mousse with silken tofu
