New Art by: Dona White, watercolor mixed media
Dona's art is whimsical watercolor, bursting with lots of color and movement.
"Color sustains me! It influences me in countless ways that nourish the deepest part of my soul. I believe color elicits as many emotional and intellectual responses as there are hues in the spectrum. I use color and pattern to reflect and share my personal joys, loves, memories, dreams and hopes.
I was raised in Chicago and hold a BA from Barat College, Lake Forest, IL. My work has been juried into a number of shows and is collected across the US. I have been a Portland resident since 1984."
