Today we are open from 12pm to 6pm. Small Business Saturday is an American holiday created in 2010 by American Express with the sole purpose of boosting local small businesses during one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year. This means we hope that today you will patronize and purchase wares from small locally owned businesses and restaurants in your community. In our urban winery today for Shop Small Saturday we are offering something for everyone:
Our special priced Holiday red wine. (Wait til you see the label!)
Tastings straight from the barrel of aging wine extracted with the wine thief. (other wineries in town are doing this too!)
Earn one extra stamp on your growler rewards card with a growler fill.
And we’ll have a discounted glass pour available.
Please join us from 12-6pm, say hello to our friendly staff and shop small today!
Speaking of local, check out the watercolor mixed media paintings by local artist, Dona White, on sale in the tasting room through the end of the month.
Dona's art is whimsical watercolor, bursting with lots of color and movement.
"Color sustains me! It influences me in countless ways that nourish the deepest part of my soul. I believe color elicits as many emotional and intellectual responses as there are hues in the spectrum. I use color and pattern to reflect and share my personal joys, loves, memories, dreams and hopes.
I was raised in Chicago and hold a BA from Barat College, Lake Forest, IL. My work has been juried into a number of shows and is collected across the US. I have been a Portland resident since 1984."
