Join us May 17 anytime from 5:00 to 8:00 PM for our next Sip 'n' Fold origami class. At this session we'll be making these beautiful lotus flowers. These flowers work well in a vase or glass or attached to a tree branch. So many possibilities! These are modular flowers where each flower is assembled from 12 pieces of folded paper. They are surprisingly easy to make.
Sip & Fold Origami Night with Holly is our Third Thursday tradition! Sip & Fold is a fun evening where all are welcome to learn from our talented friend, Holly Williams, how to fold origami. We've folded some really exciting projects, for example large dodecahedrons, gift boxes of varying size, balloons to cover twinkle lights, diamond shaped ornaments, crane place-card holders, hearts, star tealight holders and origami dogs. Holly prepares a project for us and we work together to learn these new folds. Drop in any time between 5-8pm to join in the origami folding fun.
All are welcome to participate, and you can join any time. There are no prerequisites or fees! We also have wine specials this evening and encourage you to sip and fold. Our origami fans say sipping wine while you fold makes it even more fun and relaxing! Cheers!
