This is the classic Moroccan dishes made in the tagine, the conical ceramic cooking vessel. We will be making preserved lemons for you to take home. Several of these dishes use preserved lemons, which have an amazing flavor and very different then just using lemons. These ceramic pots are easy to cook in and look impressive to serve at the table.
