This class sold out so quickly in September that Tyler is hosting an encore! In this hands-on Thai cooking class, you’ll prepare a take-out favorite menu featuring Pad Thai, Chicken Satay, Thai Fresh Rolls, Thai cucumber salad, and homemade peanut sauce. During the class, the tasting room at Burnt Bridge Cellars will be open, offering 20% off wine purchased during the evening.

What to Expect:

  • Two-hour hands-on cooking session, followed by an hour of dining

  • All tools, recipes, and ingredients provided

  • Learn authentic Thai cooking techniques and flavor balancing

About the Instructor:
Tyler is the founder of WildSalt Studio, where she combines her love for exceptional food with stunning presentation. Originally from the East Coast, she relocated to the Portland area over a decade ago, bringing with her a background in fine art and art history.

At WildSalt Studio, Tyler curates hands-on cooking classes, grazing tables, and charcuterie boards, using her artistic background to make every culinary experience beautiful and memorable. She loves developing new recipes, styling and photographing food, and helping students learn practical techniques while having fun in the kitchen.
