Mother's Day Picnic Themed Tasting!
Celebrate Mother’s Day with an afternoon designed to feel both nostalgic and elevated. On May 10th join us for a curated picnic-themed tasting featuring three thoughtfully selected wines paired with nostalgic, comforting treats that evoke childhood favorites reimagined for an adult palate. A beautiful way to slow down, savor, and celebrate the mothers in your life.
We’ll have two seatings available on May 10th. One seating at 2 PM and another at 4 PM. Tickets will be $25 per person and they’ll include a tasting of three 2 oz pours of wine paired to a menu curated by our chef Emilee to highlight the profiles of the wine along with bringing you back to some of your favorite childhood treats.
After the tasting, we’ll have mimosas available for purchase.

Join Chef Fabi for an evening of hands on tamale making, all from scratch! And take them home!
Mexican at Home: Tamales
Join Chef Fabi at Class Cooking for an afternoon of tamale making! Learn everything you need to know to make these tasty treats from beginning to end. We'll be making tamale dough and filling from scratch! You'll be a pro by the end of class and be able to share these quintessential Mexican bundles of goodness for all of your gatherings. You'll go home with tamales in hand!
What to Expect:
Class includes all ingredients, tools, recipes and instruction.
Some demo + hands-on time. Making tamales from start to finish.
This class contains chicken, pork, and corn. But can be vegan friendly IF you email first.
This class is gluten free friendly.
Class will end with taking your tamales home home with you.

Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes for over 12 years. She attended culinary school 14 years ago and has worked in many kitchens since but found her love of being a cooking instructor along the way. She studied a variety of savory and sweet cuisines while in culinary school, including Asian cuisine and baking and pastry! Chef Fabi was born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family and learned how to cook from her Mama, Fabiola. She now shares her families recipes in all of her cooking classes with you!
First Friday: Live Music, Art, & Chef Emilee
On the first Friday of every month, we bring together incredible live music, a rotating local art exhibit, and an amazing dinner menu crafted by Chef Emilee. Each menu is unique for the night, and dinner often sells out—so don’t wait to reserve your spot!
This is one of our busiest events, and for good reason: great wine, great food, and a cozy atmosphere with live music to set the perfect vibe.

Yoga at Burnt Bridge Cellars
Join Yoga + Beer for practice in Vancouver at Burnt Bridge Cellar! This Yoga + Wine event will begin with a 60 minute all-levels, flow yoga class in Burnt Bridge’s tasting room, taught by local yoga instructor, Faye Stanton.
After class, yogis are invited to stay and enjoy a post-class glass. Your registration includes a 60 minute yoga class and your first glass. $28 for Yoga + Wine. $17 for Yoga Only. Due to the cost of this class, 3 and 5 class passes do not apply.

These traditional origami sanbo boxes are easy to fold & fun for favors. We’ll add some faces to make cute animals as well. Beginners are welcome! Diagrams and paper are provided. We’re turning the winery into a laid-back, adults-only egg hunt with candy-filled eggs, a few sneaky prizes, and a glass of something good in your hand while you wander around. No baskets required, just good company and a little curiosity.
It’s casual, a little playful, and just the right amount of competitive. Each guest can grab up to two eggs, so everyone gets a chance to join the fun. Find an egg, enjoy the treat, maybe score a surprise, and stick around for another pour.

We’ll be featuring collage artists Cherie Savoie Tintary and Amy Mower create vibrant mixed-media works using vintage materials, blending nostalgia, texture, and storytelling into imaginative, thought-provoking compositions.

We’ll be featuring Betsy Soifer a recycled metal artist who makes whimsical creatures out of items you might thrift around town. You may remember her from Vancouver’s Recycled Arts Festival!
Three-Course Meal-$35
We’re starting off with an Adam & Eve salad (Belgian endive with apples, blue cheese, currants with a vinaigrette). The main dish will feature citrus marinated prawns with Patatas Bravas (roasted potatoes with a paprika tomato sauce) and prosciutto wrapped asparagus. Dessert will be a polenta and olive oil cake made by our very own Erica Jolly!
Music
David Tutmark will be returning to play as our live musician. You’ve probably seen him at Burnt Bridge Cellars before, he is a favorite of our owner Mark Mahan! He is a classical guitarist, that has played an extensive solo tour in Chile! You may remember him from one of the Siempre La Guitarra shows that we’ve been lucky to host in the past.

First Friday: Coconut Milk Poached Cod

Join us this First Friday made by Emilee Mahan & Erica Jolly! We’ll start with a sweet and tangy iceberg salad, aromatic coconut milk poached cod and prawns over a bed of jasmine rice, for our third course we’ll be featuring Thai tea inspired panna cotta with toasted coconut.

Brenna Larsen is a singer-songwriter from Vancouver, Washington, whose music blends soulful pop, acoustic, and indie‑folk influences. Known for her expressive vocals and thoughtful, relatable lyrics, she writes and performs songs that connect with listeners on a personal level.

We’re so delighted to have Cherri Holly back! Cheri Holly makes a variety of plates, bowls, trinket dishes, and vases using native plants from the area pressed into her pottery. She is a holiday favorite for us over at Burnt Bridge Cellars and we’re delighted to have her back.
