Mexican at Home: Sopes!
Join Chef Fabi at Burnt Bridge Creek Cellars Class Cooking for an evening of classic Mexican antojitos cooking, which means crave-able in Spanish! Sopes are a mix between a taco and tostada made with a thicker corn base and filled with delicious marinaded meat and topped with a assortment of salsas, avocado, Mexican cheese, and so much more! These were Chef Fabi's Mama's favorite little treats!
We'll be making it all from scratch!
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on cooking.
Sampling the Sopes at the end of class or taking home leftovers. Be sure to bring tupperware!
This class will contain chicken but can be made vegan friendly if you email Chef Fabi first.
This class is dairy free friendly, gluten free friendly, vegetarian, and vegan friendly. You must email Chef Fabi your allergies before class so she can have the ingredients there for your dietary needs.

Please note the date change! Join us to fold these wonderful 4-piece modular boxes. You’ll have the option to use some fun glitter paper. This 4 piece box is different than previous ones we've folded because it works well with single sided paper. The box bottoms are the traditional Masu square box, so if you’re new to origami, you’ll want to learn this one! Diagrams and paper are provided. Classes are drop in and informal.

Pottery on the Patio – A Summer Series with Kilnfolk Clay Studio
We’re kicking off a creative new collaboration with our friends at Kilnfolk Clay Studio! Join us on the patio for a relaxed afternoon of wine and pottery from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of June, July, and August.
The first class in our Pottery on the Patio series takes place Thursday, June 5, where you’ll be guided through crafting your own ceramic trinket dish—perfect for holding jewelry, keys, or your favorite wine cork.
Your $70 ticket includes:
