About the Instructor:
Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes for over 12 years in the Portland area. She attended culinary school 14 years ago and has worked in many kitchens since, but discovered her passion for teaching along the way. Trained in both savory and sweet cuisines — including Asian cooking and baking and pastry — she brings a wealth of experience and warmth to every class. Born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family, she learned to cook from her Mama, Fabiola, and now shares her family’s recipes and traditions in her classes.
