Learn how to make Chicken Tikka Masala, fresh Kachumber salad, and golden rice while exploring the spices and techniques that give Indian cuisine its signature depth and warmth.

About the Instructor:
Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes for over 12 years in the Portland area. A culinary school graduate with training in both savory and pastry arts, she studied Asian cuisine and developed a passion for teaching. Born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family, she learned to cook from her mother, Fabiola, and now shares her family’s cherished recipes and global flavors in every class she teaches.
