About the Instructor:
Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes in the Portland and Vancouver area for over 14 years. A culinary school graduate with experience in both savory and pastry arts, she discovered her passion for teaching and now shares family recipes and global flavors in every class. Born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family, she learned to cook from her mother, Fabiola.
