Overview:
Join Chef Fabi in the kitchen to prepare classic Indian favorites from scratch, including Chicken Tikka Masala and fresh naan bread. This hands-on class focuses on building layered flavors and understanding the foundations of Indian cuisine while creating a complete meal.
What to Expect:
Class includes all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
Some demonstration with ample hands-on cooking time.
Sampling the meal at the end of class or taking home leftovers. Bring tupperware.

About the Instructor / Host:
Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes in the Portland area for over 15 years. A culinary school graduate with experience in both savory and pastry arts, she developed a passion for instruction after working in professional kitchens. Born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family, she learned to cook from her mother, Fabiola, and now shares family recipes and global cuisines in her classes.
